When will this be held?
ThriftFest 2025, our inaugural year, will be held on Saturday, October 2025.
Where is this located?
This will be held outside The Ark Antiques and Flea Market (301 S Main, McPherson, KS).
What are the hours?
VIP Shopping Hours are from 9:30am - 10am. Remaining shopping hours are 10am - 1pm. unless vendors sell out earlier.
What is the cost to enter?
This is a gated event. We cap 50 VIP tickets for the first hour of shopping (9am to 9:30am). These tickets must be secured ahead of time and they cost $5. Regular tickets for the remaining duration of the event cost just $2.
How do I secure my tickets?
There is a form on this website section that you can use to register your tickets. We are expecting 300 customers. Once you complete the form, you will be emailed an invoice to pay online via Square. VIP tickets are limited to 50 tickets. We suggest you pay for these ahead of time to guarantee your spot.
Can I sell items here?
Yes, we still have some spaces available. There is a form below this section in which you can request our team reach out to you to secure your spot. Spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please explain the pricing structure.
As far as wares inside the ThriftFest fencing, nothing can be over $5 individually. Vendors may be willing to make deals. Some vendors are selling $100+ things for just the $5 price simply to make room in their home or booths.
Get Your Tickets
Use this space to request your tickets. Your tickets are not secured, though, until you pay for them. Our team will send you an invoice within 48 hours of the submission of your ticket request.

Space is limited and selling quickly. Register for your space and then pay the invoice that will get emailed to you (via Square) to secure your space.
