Frequently Asked Questions

  • Simple answer—no. We need it boxed, labeled, and ready to go if it’s a return. We are skilled at turning QR codes from Amazon into barcoded labels that you can turn into us. If it’s an unfamilar site or we can’t transfer the code, you’ll need to go to an offical UPS store (like in Salina or Hutchinson). UPS Drop Off Locations (which we are) cannot accept QR codes for whatever reason.

  • Yes! You can purchase shipping from us. You need to have your package boxed and taped up, and then we can sell shipping. We will apply the label through you.

    We cannot ship outside of the United States, so please be aware of that.

  • Yes. If you’re sending something out and don’t have a label, need tape, or need a box, we charge $1 to help recoup the cost of us provided you this service.

  • UPS picks up Monday - Friday around 4pm. Please have your items here before 4pm to ensure they’ll go out same day.

    NOTE: Our drivers do not pick up on Saturday or Sunday.

    Also, many federal holidays impact the days that UPS will run, as they take holiday most days that are federal holidays.
